The Whip: upon releasing the dough in the air as it comes down catch it with your thumb on the top side, and your 4 fingers on the bottom side, with your elbow out and pointed up and away, immediately after grabbing the dough
continue to follow the direction the dough is spinning with your hands in a
figure 8 motion and continue throwing it in the air with the basic throw directions.
